- 2 Years experience
- No more than two (2) preventable accidents in the last five (5) years.
- No more than three (3) moving violations in three (3) years.
- No serious violations in the past three (3) years
- No DWI's, DUI's, rollovers, jack-knifes, lane change sideswipes or rear end accidents.
- No license suspensions due to point accumulations or serious traffic violations.
- Two of the last three (3) years over the road experience.
