• OTR: Stay in the truck for 2-3 weeks at a time.
• Paid for your experience: 49-59 CPM depending on previous CDL-A experience
• Steady Freight: Keep moving with consistent loads.
• Modern Fleet: Drive late-model equipment with flatbed trailers.
• Tarping: Less than 50% of loads have to be tarped.
