Halvor Lines is looking for the best drivers in the business to join our OTR fleet. With a variety of freight types and lanes and customized hometime to fit each driver’s needs, it’s no surprise that Halvor drivers say that they’ve finally found their home.
The top 25% of our owner operators grossed over $239,000 last year! Van owner operators receive $1.24 per mile plus fuel surcharge and accessorials. You can expect to drive anywhere between 2,200 – 3,000 miles per week. An annual 2 cent/mile safety bonus is yours for the taking. Our bonuses are real – we paid out over $1.8 million in 2021.

Hiring requirements:
- Valid United States driver's license held for a minimum of two years
- Class A CDL with 6 months minimum driving experience
- Not cited for a DOT preventable accident in the past three years
- No Part 382 (drug and alcohol) violations in the past three years
