Good Experienced Flatbed Drivers are HARD TO FIND! So when we do find one - we try and keep them! We do this by treating YOU with the respect and honesty you deserve! Flatbed drivers make a lot of money on extra pay with strapping, pick and drops, etc. Being in business 75 years we have learned a few things about how to treat drivers and have them stay with you a long time!
If you have been around very long - we know you have heard it all. We pride ourselves on being honest and upfront when hiring our drivers. If it is not a good fit, or the money isn't right, it won't work for either of us. So we figure that out before you pull up stakes and join us. Honest truly IS the best policy. A good working relationship must have give and take on both sides - not just the driver's side.
Taking good care of our drivers isn’t a goal, it’s an integral part of our culture. Our drivers become part of the Cox family. You are assigned to one dispatcher and you create a team which operates like a finely tuned engine.

1+ years of strapping and securing loads
21+ years of age
No accidents in the last 3 years
No tickets in the last year a plus
