- MINIMUM 12 MONTHS TRACTOR-TRAILER EXPERIENCE - Please do not apply without experience requirements.
- LIVE WITHIN ONE HOUR OF OUR MONROE TERMINAL (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- MUST BE AGE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- EXCELLENT EMPLOYMENT HISTORY. NO MORE THAN TWO DOT JOBS PER YEAR.
- MUST MEET DOT REGULATIONS FOR SPEAKING ENGLISH
- NO SPEEDING OVER 15 MPH OR SERIOUS MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS
- NO SAP PROGRAM, DRUG OR ALCOHOL CONVICTIONS IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS
- REEFER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- FEWER THAN TWO PREVENTABLE ACCIDENTS IN THE LAST THREE YEARS
