Our teams are easily bringing home $450,000 - $450,000 (to the truck) each year. We have a great referral program which allow you to not only make $2000 cash but gives you an additional $0.01/mile for every team you bring on. There is no cap on how much you can make here!

What we cover during orientation:

  • We cover the cost of fuel to get your unit to the terminal for the inspection
  • We cover the cost of a hotel
  • We pay $2500 per driver for orientation
  • We do NOT have a holdback so you will receive your first pay the following week
  • We pay weekly

Other things to note:

·         We pay by HUB MILE, all mile’s driver as per your odometer

·         We pay ALL picks and drops

·         Freight runs very light usually under 10,000lbs

Fuel & Shop Rates

We do have a paint code in effect – after 6 months we do require your truck to be orange. We have a paint booth in our Canadian terminal. The cost starts at $7000 for a wrap or $10,000 for a paint. We will charge you over the course of 12 months.

 

Skelton covers the cost of insurance however the owner operator is responsible for mandatory monthly National Truck League ($210 monthly), buydown insurance to bring your deductible down from $10,000 to $1,000) and quarterly licensing at $473 or $115 monthly.

 

We do offer a competitive fuel surcharge ($0.583/mile) which varies depending on the current fuel price. We also offer competitive shop rates (Service: $65/hour & Repair: $85/hour) and a discounted fuel program (1.55/L)

 

We over the cost of insurance on your truck, manage IFTA and HVUT. You would be responsible for the licensing ($452 quarterly) and WCB coverage ($290 monthly).

What we need:

  • Team CDL A Drivers (on the road 4 weeks)
  • Must be willing to cross Canadian border 1-2 monthly
  • HAZMAT
  • Have a valid Class A CDL license
  • Have good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • You must have a valid medical card as per the FMCSA regulations.
  • You must have 2 years of verifiable experience in a Tractor Trailer.
