Most drivers make round trips from Mi out to West Coast and back. Depending on where you live most teams are out 5-6 days and home for 1 1/2 - 2 days, but some team drivers choose to be out longer before going home and then are home longer between trips.

We provide the latest models of Kenworth & Peterbilt tractors fully equipped with all driver amenities,all trucks have refrigerators, 2500 watt inverters & microwave ovens. Our maintenance staff is on-site to keep our equipment working in top condition and washed when in the yard.

Pay & Incentive Bonuses
• 2 Years of recent tractor trailer driving experience
• No serious offenses in the previous 1 year (speeding over 15mph or in construction zone) or pattern of unsafe practices
- Weekly CPM $.70 - $.74
- Team Driver Annual Earnings $186,000 - $220,000.
- Additional Earned Incentive Bonus Pay Up to .014 CPM

Pay & Incentive Bonuses
- Paid Vacations
- 1 Year - 1 Week
- 2 Years - 2 Weeks
- 5 & 6 Years - 3 Weeks eligible if run minimum company miles
- 7 Years - 3 Weeks
- 10+ Years - 4 Weeks
- Weekly Pay – PCMiler Practical Miles - Both Loaded & Empty Miles
- Stop Off Pay - $25.00 Per Driver
- Safety Bonus – Weekly
- Region Pay - Weekly
- Mileage Bonus – Annual between $3,600 - over $8,500 EACH
- Breakdown Pay
- Detention Pay
- Medical, Dental, and Vision - 1st of the month after 30 days.
- Short Term Disability - 1st of the month after 90 days.
- Flexible Spending Account - Eligibility - (must sign up within 30 days of hire)
- 401(k) Savings Program - Eligibility - Quarterly/Age 21
- 50% Company match (up to 6% of contribution) after 1 year qualification period.
